Shipping Options

Free shipping for New Zealand orders

1.0 New Zealand Orders

All shipping within New Zealand is free.

Orders will be sent via New Zealand Post’s Parcel Post, which usually takes 2-7 working days from dispatch. Urgent orders may be shipped by New Zealand Post Overnight Courier for an additional charge of $15.00.

 2.0 International Orders - shipping cost will be shown at checkout.

Orders will be sent via New Zealand Post with tracking.  Please click here for delivery targets.  

Orders will be delivered to most destinations worldwide within 7 to 21 working days from dispatch, depending on the workload of the recipient countries Customs, Postal and Delivery service.

 

 

 

3.0 Order Processing

Your order will be shipped within five (5) business days. If we are unable to ship your order within this time we will contact you by email and advise the expected dispatch date.

5.0 Delivery Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their delivery address is correct. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect customer supplied address the customer will be liable for the costs of re-posting their order.

6.0 Government, Customs and Duty

It is the customer’s responsibility to check the requirements for importing our products into the recipient country. We are not responsible for restrictions, import duties or taxes imposed by a Government or Customs department. Neither are we responsible for delays or losses caused by parcels detained or confiscated by Customs or other Government departments. Refunds will not be made for undeliverable or refused shipments unless the goods are returned to us in an unused, unwashed, undamaged and original condition with all labels still attached, within a period of 60 days.

7.0 Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment is unclaimed by a customer in the recipient country and is returned to us through no fault of our own, we will not provide a refund but will offer the option of resending the order. Any additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

8.0 Lost-in-delivery

If your order is not received after 30 working days please notify us. We will attempt to track your order and will advise you on the status of the parcel’s delivery. If your parcel is not traced within a further 30 days you will be compensated for the value of your purchase or replacement goods can be sent.

9.0 Insurance

Orders shipped via New Zealand Post International Courier Service are insured to the value of NZ$2000 including shipping.

All other orders are insured to the value of $250 including shipping.  

10.0 Exchange of Goods and Refunds

Notification of intent to return or exchange goods purchased should be made to us within 7 days of receipt of goods.

We will exchange goods provided these goods are returned to us by Tracked Courier Service unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all labels intact. You will be responsible for return postage and for costs to post any replacement goods back to you.   In the case of a refund there will be a restocking charge of $15.00.
